​Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a digital product (such as an activation key, premium account detail, or direct game top-up) has been delivered to you via email or through your account dashboard, it cannot be returned, and we cannot issue a refund.

Exceptions for Refunds
We will only issue a refund or provide a replacement under the following strict conditions:
​Defective Product: The digital code or account provided is invalid or not working at the time of delivery.
​Non-Delivery: You did not receive the product within the specified delivery timeframe due to a technical error on our end.
​Reporting an Issue
If you experience any issues with your delivered digital product, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of the purchase. We will investigate the issue, verify the status of the code/account, and resolve it promptly. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.


​Cryptocurrency Payments
Please note that refunds for purchases made via Cryptocurrency will be calculated based on the USD value of the product at the time of purchase, minus any network transaction fees.
